System Statistics

Stats | Affiliate Stats | Mass-Pay

O3 uses MySQL - a SQL database which you can write your own reports for should you desire. Refer to the script which builds the O3 database tables for definitive info on the table structures: rebuild-o3-db.php.

System Statistics

This page shows some overall system statistics at the top, optionally folowed by a report. At the moment there are only 2 reports available here. See below.

  • Number of users with status and access level.
  • Number of affiliates with status
  • Number of products
  • Number of categories
  • Number of containers
  • Number of banners

Dynamic Reports

  • All Sales
  • Affiliate's monthly sales and commissions.
 

Affiliate Stats

This page shows the individual and total sales and commissions for an affiliate, divided into 'Billing Periods'. It is accessed by the affiliate from the Affiliates page (once logged in), and by the webmaster from the Affiliates Manager. Note, the billing start date and period is specified in the settings.

Mass-Pay

This page generates reports which can be fed into PayPal to pay all of your affiliates at once. It shows how much to pay each affiliate for the selected period.
